Respiration Oils Blend

ScentsCity RESPIRATION is a restorative blend that combination of Frankincenae, Cajeput, Niaouli, Peppermint, Tea Tree essential oils to gives relief from colds, congestion, coughs and respiratory ailments especially when applied to the chest and throat area. Especially useful when someone is down with respiratory illnesses or congestion at home as RESPIRATION cools, soothes, and open the airways, and also helps fight infections.

It's also promotes feelings of easy breathing, revitalization and clear airways. When you’re sick in bed (or struggling in the elsewhere), Respiration comforts with its warming and cooling effect while also calming the senses.

This blend is also commonly used for asthma, to reduce snoring, calm nerves, bronchitis, sinusitis, and pneumonia.



How to use

Topical use - Put a drop on RESPIRATION on your finger, then rub it on the sides of your nose or apply over sinus areas.  Apply several drops to the bottom of your feet, particularly on the lung points.  Rub a couple drops of RESPIRATION on the chest to relieve chest congestions.

Hot compress - Fill a bowl with very hot water. Add 4 to 5 drops of RESPIRATION Dip a folded piece of sterile cotton cloth into the prepared water. Squeeze out excess water. Place the moistened cloth onto the chest area until it reaches body temperature.acidity in check


Diffuse - a few drops of RESPIRATION essential oil into ScentsCity Barrel ultrasonic diffuser (or inhale directly) to ease breathing difficulties associated with respiratory illnesses (sinusitis, pneumonia, asthma, bronchitis, chesty coughs, sore throats, common colds) and chest congestions. Dilute bronchial tract to help reduce and loosen nasal mucus.

Inhale - Rub a couple drops in your hands then cup hands over nose and deeply inhale. Add 3 or 4 drops of RESPIRATION to a bowl of hot water. Then cover your head with a towel and inhale the oil infused steam. This may help relieve breathing difficulties related to flu, colds, and pneumonia.  Inhale deeply to help with headache.
